In-Stock items will leave our West Coast warehouse within 48 hours of placed order. For faster delivery, please contact us at 1-800-590-1976. All orders will be shipped UPS ground. All orders to Canada will be charged $14.99 regular shipping unless product is oversized or overweight.

Please note: Depending on the style or color required, some products such as pennants, streamers, banners and drape flags might not be in stock and will need to be made, adding 4-5 extra business days to shipping time.

Windswept pays shipping costs over $14.99 except for express shipping or oversized items, which we add an oversize fee. Oversized items include Brackets, Flagpoles, Floor Mat Covers, Under the Hood Signs, Sale in a Box and Searchlights. Please call for oversize fees. Items are shipped common carrier; prices posted include shipping within the continental US only.

Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to Pennsylvania. Shipments to PA are subject to 6% sales tax.

Returns - Does not apply to custom products.
If you wish to return any item purchased from Windswept, you must call and obtain a return authorization number for refund, exchange, or replacement. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will be happy to return any item that is unused and in the condition in which they were received, less shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item
not in like new condition at our discretion. Custom products are non-returnable.
